Drywall with a lot of corners needing taped. I have the material

I have two drywalls needing taped with compound. One is just a simple wall with the three corners needing taped along with the middle joint and the screw holes. The other one has cubbies built into it, about 12 of them, and it needs mudded and taped. I hired someone before but they did a really poor job. Some of it looks nice, but a lot of it is bubbled and joints mudded without tape, so those areas will need redone. I don't have much to offer for this job after partially paying that last guy, but I want to make sure it's done alright, with nice, sharp corners. I know my stuff when it comes to joint compound and taping, so don't try to cut corners with me (the last guy tried to convince me to allow him to use caulk for corners instead of mudding and taping). I just lack the experience to do it right, but I know the process. I built the wall, myself. I'm available this weekend to do it. It's already 2pm today, so if you want to start tomorrow, that works out too. Next weekend works also, but would prefer to get it done this weekend, considering my living room is a mess right now.
