German short hair pointer. 10 months old male intact. Knows basic commands and listens well for young pup. Akc pure. Just about ready to start scent training or companion dog for active person with the time. Must be knowledgeable with the breed not negotiable. Preferred someone with land or large yard at least. Would be perfect for someone working from home or recently retired. Hes great with kids/other dogs just excitable. He does have a protein allergy (chicken & possibly beef we think) so he needs a special high cost food about $60 a bag. He may have some separation anxiety but is mostly just a pocket puppy. He is being rehomed truly at no fault of his own. This dog has been spoiled his whole life and deserves to be the rest of it as well. He is currently being loved on by our family and we wish we could keep him! He's honestly wonderful just on the hyper side. His family is asking half his original rehoming fee to ensure he is loved forever, and his home is stable enough to provide special food and vet care he may need.
