Well Established General Contractor Company Seeking EXPERIENCED Room Addition Sub-Contractors/ General Contractor To Handle / Produce Large Projects IE: Custon Homes,Room Additions, Rehabs, Kitchens...and Baths. Both Residential and Commercial. There are 3 phases to Room Additions and Rehabs Let us know which phases or segments of phases you are qualified for. Prefer a gc to handle whole job, but will work with subs to handle segmented phases. Phase 1. Structural / Shell A. Demo B. Rough Framing C. Roofing D. Exterior Finish- Siding, Soffit&Fascia, Gutter s & Downspouts E. Brickwork/ Stucco Phase 2. Mechanical/ Utilities A. Plumbing B. Hvac C. Electrical Phase 3. Interior Finish A. Insulation B. Drywall & Paint C. Tilework D. Flooring E. Interior Doors & Trim F. Cabinets G. Final Finishes If you can handle all 3 phases, great. Or if you can handle 1 entire phase. Must..
