Required experience: Construction: 5-7+ years Responsibilities: Daily, effective communication Assist the Project Manager in developing the project schedule Become familiar with and understand plans, specifications, site, local codes, local officials and inspection procedures Set up field office, communications, temporary services and trash removal as required Coordinates and maintains construction schedule, ensures projects are being completed according to drawings and specs Identifies and solves problems Schedule all subcontractors and deliveries as needed Ensures quality standards are being met throughout the project Become knowledgeable with the scope of all subcontract agreements Conduct calls and meetings as required with all subcontractor representatives of the project on a daily and/or weekly basis to schedule and coordinate construction activities Ensure material/inventory is delivered in good condition to the construction site per the construction schedule Work with owner, owner's rep, architect and subcontractors to resolve any conflicts that may arise and communicate any such conflicts immediately to the Project Manager Maintain daily logs, progress photographs and weekly reports Complete and submit all paperwork as required Establish and maintain benchmarks and reference points throughout the project Attend job meetings and/or any other meetings as may be required for the successful and timely completion of the project(s) Communicate, implement and enforce company safety policy Maintain a safe, clean and orderly job site throughout the project Schedule and attend all required inspections Compile and schedule punch list items for completion Close out field office and project as necessary Experience: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR Certifications required Must possess strong technical, communication and computer skills, including competency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Dropbox and document management/organization Knowledge of safety procedures, regulations and codes National travel is required for this position Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: ground-up construction, additions, interior remodels and design build Job Type: Full-time
