Production Worker, Shipping and Warehousing CMT Materials/Engineered Syntactic Systems (ESS) Attleboro, MA Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Interested candidates please submit resume via the following link: 's_List Job Summary CMT/ESS is currently seeking a Production Worker, Shipping and Warehousing, to assist with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and inspection. Job Responsibilities Pick products for shipment using packing slip and sales order pick list details Ensure that all orders are filled correctly both in product type, size and quantities Fabricate boxes, packs orders and completes required documentation Accurately enters necessary information into inventory system Accurately completes UPS and FedEx labels, bills of lading, commercial invoices and export documents Load and unload product from trucks Locate and identify incoming materials and correctly match documentation (e.g. purchase orders, certifications, etc.); obtains documentation internally or externally when necessary Utilizes and ensures compliance with FIFO inventory management practices Replenish raw materials, shipping supplies, mixing/pouring supplies and stocking of finished goods Organize shipments with trucking/transport vendors, including scheduling, obtaining quotes and negotiating rates Track critical shipments, prioritize and organize timely deliveries Maintain cleanliness, efficiency and safety of warehouse and storage containers Perform periodic and accurate inventory count and verification Interact with shipping/transport vendors on shipping issues related to rates, documentation, ship issues, safety and legislation changes Participate in Safety Training Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing Previous fork truck experience preferred Basic math skills; analytical thinking/problem solving Ability to operate and enter data into standard Windows based computers Good verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task and flexibility to meet changing or multiple deadlines About CMT Materials, Inc./Engineered Syntactic Systems (ESS) CMT Materials, Inc.
