One acre lot near ocean needs yard cleanup, with raking and bagging of leaves and small branches, application of grass seed, then will need mowing, spreading mulch, weeding, fertilizing, lime application. I estimate work will take 20 hours upfront and then weekly work of about 4 hours from May through September to include mowing, weeding, and watering. I have mower, spreader, most tools.
