Why did a Chicago Police Department report and a Cook County prosecutor say 13-year-old Adam Toledo was holding a gun as he was shot, when video shows the gun was on the ground?
Why do you have to dig so hard to find out the time of the shooting? I want to know why there is a 13 year old roaming the streets at 2:30AM with a gun? Where is Mom and Dad? Mom and Dad will appear waiting for the big payout?
