Studio space available for rent at Vernon Street Studios in Somerville. This is a studio area (approx. 10'x17') in a larger shared studio at 6 Vernon St, Somerville. The share of costs for this space is 305/mo which includes rent, utilities and insurance. This space is not at a window, but there is a window nearby.
Vernon Street Studios has about 140 artists and an active community. In typical years, we get a lot of traffic during Somerville Open Studios in May each year, and Vernon Street has its own Open Studios each year in December.
