Female cockatiel and cage

I have a normal female cockatiel with cage I need to rehome. She was my daughters, but when she moved out she left her behind, and told me to find her a new home. She comes with a big wrot iron cage and stand. Her rehoming fee is $175 for the whole package. She not very friendly but she also doesnt bite. She love music and singing, she whistles, and laughs. Her name is pikachu.
