Job Description: Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Minimum Qualifications: - Dig, spread and level material using hand tools. - Lift and carry tools and supplies. - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed. - Other duties assigned as needed. - Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time, in all weather conditions. - Ability to work flexible shifts which include: days, weekends and overtime. - Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members. - Valid Driver’s License **CDL is a plus- Not required for position Physical requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job as follows: Body Positions: Regularly requires sitting, walking, bending, lifting and digging for prolonged periods of time. Body Movements: The employee must have a full range of body movements including the use of hands feet and fingers to handle or feel objects and use tools and equipment and must be capable of bending, reaching, crouching, climbing and crawling. Body Senses: Must have command of all five senses sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Strength: Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds. Working Conditions: This position will require working outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid. This could include crawl spaces and confined locations. This position requires proficient use of hand tools including shovels, rakes and probes. The employee will have to be in at customer or service production sites on an as need to basis. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Typical workweek is eight (8) to twelve (12) hour workdays five (5) days per week with periodic weekend work.
