Mary's Woods, a premier senior living community located in Lake Oswego, has an opening for a Floor Care Technician/Custodian who is committed to providing high quality work and service.  To be considered for this position, you must have specific floor care experience, see more details below! As a Floor Care Technician-Custodian at Mary's Woods, you will be cleaning and maintaining carpeted, tiled and wood floors while attending to any janitorial needs.  You will daily be contributing to create a clean and beautiful community for residents and their guests to enjoy.  You must be able to relate positively and favorably to staff, residents and families, and enjoy working on a team.  Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful: -Clean floors in residential units and common areas demonstrating proper floor cleaning techniques on both carpet and hard surfaces including waxing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, spotting, and deep cleaning -Maintain all cleaning equipment at an operator’s level -Report all hazardous conditions/equipment to the Housekeeping Manager and/or Director of Environmental Services The core values of Mary's Woods are Respect, Compassion, Excellence, Stewardship and Justice.  We live out our values in a spirit of service by being a welcoming, caring and generous community wherever the Spirit may lead us.  If these values ring true to who you are, then Mary's Woods may be the place for you.
