Looking for a traveling Mechanic

Looking for an affordable mechanic who can work on my 2008 VW Rabbit. The Issue: When I drive the car, it is not accelerating correctly. It will start off fine but as soon as I stop or hit a red light then the issue happens. It wont go when I am pressing hard on the gas then the RPM will increase and still not move, then a few seconds after the car will buckle and start acting normal. The check engine and another light with a yellow exclamation is on as well. This article explains the issue I am having. I am looking for some one to check the problem and let me know the parts to buy then if you can put them in that would be great. I have a guy who has worked on my car before and very honest and affordable but he is busy at the moment and needing my car fixed ASAP to go apt hunting.
