Small 800 square foot cottage: hiring a carpenter/painter to finish rolling out walls, paint and shoot up case and base. Install brackets, shelves, rods in two closets, repair hardwood floor, and glue down 9x24 flooring. Primer is on, ceilings and closets are painted, floor is prepped.
