Hello I’m looking for property to put a brand new pacific yurt. I’ve been searching for an apartment/home in the area but this housing market is terrible. I’m at the point where I’m ready to buy a brand new 24-30ft Yurt from Pacific Yurts in Cottage Grove. That being said I need to rent a part of your property. Looking for something close to Eugene or the surrounding areas. Would love to have my own driveway or entrance on the property if possible. My fiancé and I would be the only people living on the property but we do have a small well mannered dog and cat. We are looking to find a place to call HOME so looking for something more permanent. If the property had water/electric/septic that would be great but I’m also willing to setup solar/composting toilets to make life work. In a perfect world there would also maybe be a garage or similar to rent as well. If you have property and would like to make some extra cash let’s talk!!! Thanks for looking
