Parts Counter: Rate of Pay : $17-$25/hour, Depending on Experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Assisting internal and external customers with parts purchases *Communicating by phone and in-person, looking up parts information, creating invoices, issuing returned goods credits *Stocking inventory and/or pulling parts for delivery *Help drive sales through customer service excellence *Assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities *Assist Outside Parts Sales and Delivery personnel *Assist in maintaining store appearance *Two year related experience in retail sales, preferably in related industry (Heavy Duty Truck Parts) Shipping/Receiving: Rate of Pay : $15-$19/hour, Depending on Experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Receiving and unloading freight, both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; *Checking for damaged goods; *Verifying quantity and quality of orders; *Wrapping, packaging, and shipping orders; *Delivering and retrieving supplies to and from work or storage areas; *Tagging and issuing supplies; and *Stocking shelves and rotate inventory. *Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of parts to customers *Stocking inventory and/or pulling parts for delivery *Loading parts for delivery *Establish and maintain relationships with customers *Experience in heavy-duty truck parts industry preferred, but will train the right person *Must have clean driving record
