Need install of tire, studs and lug nuts

Hello, I need someone to install new studs, tire, and lug nuts on my 2006 Dodge Caravan today. It's the Drivers side front. I already have a new tire with a new rim on it--ready to go. I have purchased the replacement studs and lug nuts at O'Reilly's. They will be ready for pickup this morning. I will pay 70 dollars for the install and completed job. I will need to pay you with PayPal or Venmo as I don't have a way to an ATM until the job is complete. Must have your own tools needed to complete the job, and if you could bring your own jack as well, that would be helpful. I really need this install done before tomorrow. Please add why you are the person for the job. 3PM or later today works best for me for the job to be started, but earlier may be possible. Also, if you'd be willing to pick up the supplies at O'Reilly's, I would pay gas fare. Thank you.
