Quick Restore LLC is a restoration company based in Tempe. We offer 24/7 emergency water mitigation restoration services and have the experience and resources to provide our customers with the industry's fastest and most reliable service. We are currently hiring 2 Water restoration technicians. The Water Restoration Technician is responsible for the primary water extraction and cleanup phase for residential or commercial buildings that have experienced water damage. Our Lead Water Restoration Technicians perform routine labor tasks, and mitigate water damage from leaks, pipe bursts, floods and sewage back ups. We provide the tools needed to do the job and offer competitive pay Job Duties: Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned jobs. Input all recorded data into Xcelerate. (Psychometrics, Demo Information, Equipment Placement, Job Notes) Perform all Emergency Services in all Water/Mold/Fire building and contents restoration work residential and commercial properties. Confirm Field Supervisor have all required documents signed on day one. All other forms and documents needed are signed. All field work on “Job Progression & Procedures” are to be followed. Assist filed supervisors with adjuster communication. Operate routinely used tools and equipment. Set up and monitor drying equipment. Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up, monitoring remediation equipment. Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged. Performing demolitions and light construction tasks. Provide updates to supervisors daily. Daily updates to job boards at office. Warehouse maintenance, stock supplies, building maintenance. 15. Computer skills as you are using Xcelerate. Set up the van at the shop using the proper set up instructions. Make sure all tools and materials are on vehicles to perform yours task. Treat all customers with empathy. Turn in all gas/ job supply receipts and paperwork daily when returning to the operation supervisor. All Vehicle maintenance and service scheduled thru operations supervisor. Lead and direct all technicians on your crew. Qualifications: Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions Must be willing to participate in all training as needed or required Valid drivers license and clean driving record llCRC Certification (cleaning and restoration certification) is a plus Must be able to work at heights, confined spaces, and lift/move up to 50-75 lbs. Ability to exhibit a high attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of workmanship throughout restoration projects. Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner Ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors Ability to provide crew leaders and company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects. Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision.
