Residential Construction Company is in need of a reliable, responsible and experienced construction laborer. Must be knowledgeable with basic tools. Must have a skill set in general construction e.g. setting a toilet, drywall, tape and texture, framing, flooring, bathroom remodeling, tile or solid surface experience is a huge plus. You'll be working alongside the owner who is a General Contractor. We will not tolerate any candidate that is not sober, drug-free, drama-free and is not prepared to work hard every day. Must haves: *Good attitude - Show up daily ready to work and learn. *Attendance - Be on time. *Listen – Follow instructions, ask questions. *Assist in loading/unloading work vehicles *Have a strong work ethic, common sense and show eagerness to learn/improve Requirements: *You must have a reliable source of transportation. *Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license. *Previous construction experience is required. *At a minimum of 2 to 3 years* *Must have attention to detail, quality control, follow-up skills and dependability. *Must have a positive attitude, professionalism and people skills. *Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy.
