Hi my name is Lee. I have been building and repairing fences in dfw for about 10 yrs. I am looking for a female to partner with to handle the admin and marketing side primarily but is also capable of helping on the jobs themselves when needed. No real heavy lifting just a 2nd set of hands when dealing with 8 and 12 ft pieces of lumber. Organizing my tools that type of thing. I want a female mainly because of the admin part and also because I deal with a lot of female clientele. So having a females perspective and input is important. The ideal candidate is 20 to 40 yrs old. Single. ( I don't need any jealous bf situations which I've dealt with in the past.) And is well versed in social media for bringing up to date my fb page and then maintaining it. Also is organized and motivated. Pay is negotiable. I am reluctant to offer hourly pay because that doesn't incentivize you to work quickly and efficiently. Long term I see you as a true partner in the business and we make it grow.
