Job Title: Remodel Specialist Job Category: Construction Department/Group: Construction Location: Odessa, FL Travel Required: Yes; Company Vehicle Provided Level/Salary Range: $17‐21.00/Hour Position Type: Full‐time (OT as Required) Job Description The Remodel Specialist is an integral member of the IGS team and is responsible for efficient operation of the assigned jobs in order to attain the required precision services required for each job. Responsibilities Complete all assigned activities per production schedule Operating company vehicle in a safe manner; including vehicle maintenance Posses the tools of the trade to complete general tasks that include: Plumbing, Carpentry, Drywall installation and repair, etc. Attention to detail Quality Control Ability to read shop drawings and measurements Repetitive lifting of construction materials Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of equipment as required Maintain an efficient, clean, and organized work area Always represent International Granite & Stone in a professional manner while performing duties. Work safely and responsibly, adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines Adhere to all company policies and codes of the employee handbook Qualifications: Five (5) or more years’ experience required in plumbing, carpentry and drywall Excellent Communication skills Must posses the ability to troubleshoot and find acceptable resolutions Must be a team player Must be able to adapt to changing directives and overcome obstacles Must be able to lift 50+ pounds Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
