Door Technician or Foreman for Orange County and Ontario Shop A brief summary, our service technicians are responsible for completing quality installation, repairs and preventative maintenance services while projecting a positive and professional attitude. Additionally, our technicians are expected to be dependable, punctual, ensure accurate completion of the job, and all corresponding paperwork REQUIREMENTS * *Minimum 2 year experience in field (Including but not limited to: Docks, Gates, Access Devices, Roll Up Doors, Troubleshooting, Welding, Locksmith, Operators, Hollow Metal, Glass Aluminum, and preventive maintenance programs) * Strong mechanical aptitude * Clean driving record is essential * Must have positive and professional attitude * Personal set of work tools (wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, etc.) * Flexibility with hours (weekend work is rare but some OT is common) * Excels at Problem Solving (Mechanically and Electrically) * Team Player that is also self motivated when working alone * Good Organization Skills * Maintain a Safe Work Environment WORKING CONDITIONS (physical, vision, hearing, speaking, mental, construction environment) - Frequent lifting of materials (100LBS) - Frequent working with hands - Frequent walking, standing, and kneeling - Reading, comprehending, writing, performing calculations, communicating orally, reasoning and analyzing Rolling Steel, Counterweight, Sectional, Garage, Hollow Metal, Man Door, One Piece, Wood Door, High Speed, Telescoping, Fiberglass, Sheet, Automatic, Custom, Gate, Wrought Iron, Electrical, Mechanical
