We are looking for a full time employee, for immediate hire, with the willingness to learn the following attributes; Learn how to run and troubleshoot press machines Responsible for the set up, operation, clean up and producing quality work with low error rate Learn and understand information and requirements on job tickets in order to set up and run each job Learn to check against sample proofs noting discrepancies ASAP Learn to inspect final product to ensure quality Must follow all safety guidelines for manufacturing and maintaining work area Must be dependable, reliable, and efficient Excellent work ethic with the ability to work with peers as part of a team Ability to effectively communicate with multiple peers including management Must be able to work under limited supervision and guidance, stay organized and prioritize work responsibilities Able to accept feedback with an open mind in order to learn Must speak clearly, understand basic verbal instructions in English Write and read work instructions with accuracy in English Work conditions are in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Must be able to work as needed, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch. Able to lift 60 pounds and 25-35 pounds repetitively. Knowledge of operating a forklift in order to move roll inventory to set up press is a plus. Entry level applicants accepted, training provided.
