Established General Contractor Looking for a well rounded skilled handyman/maintenance technition **Plumbing and HVAC experience a PLUS!! Must have a valid driver license Our company does everything from demo / water restoration and property preservation to complete home remodels. Must have experience & be proficiently skilled in: *Drywall Repairs *Painting *Minor Plumbing *Minor Electrical *Carpentry (Base/Doors/Windows) *Flooring Installation Work vehicle / tools provided. Must report to franklin park every morning at 6am Full Time We are looking for a candidate that is honest/reliable and looking for a long term career with our company. Paychecks are dispersed weekly on Tuesdays! 90 Day Raise Review! Year end bonuses!
