Simple solution, every district cab close some schools, lay off teachers ( time to end tenure anyway, it's bullshit), support staff ad buses and their drivers. Take the cost of the internet out of the annual school budget. Students whose parents are pushing for TAXPAYER funded internet will be required to have their children engage in remote learning. In addition, the TAXPAYER funded internet WILL only be usable for school district/learning purposes.
