Hello! Our family owned cleaning company is looking for quality home cleaners. We have more jobs than we can keep up with. Residential homes, business & commercial cleanings we have the jobs lined up & ready to go, are you? If you’re tired of working for companies that treat you like a number instead of a person, it’s time to make the change today. We will pay you accordingly and per job instead of hourly. No training available at the moment. English speaking, bilingual preferred. Independent contractor work not w-4. Ideally you already have your own supplies, experience, run your own cleaning company or work for one and want extra $$$. You keep all of the tips and will be paid out the very next day, less then 24 hours sometimes the same day! Part time to start, with more hours available once you’ve proven yourself. We are basically giving you our clients and most of the percentages associated with the jobs. We don’t split it 50/50 We do 75/25 As in, you keep 75% and we never take more than 25% of any job offered. I.e. if we had a job in our system for $200 After completion, You’d leave with no less than $150. Not including any tips.
