About Us Tahoe Getaways is an established, local, upscale, real estate management firm. We specialize in Vacation Rentals and Property Management. Position: Property Specialist This position is full time, typical schedule is four ten hour shifts per week. Responsibilities Include: Conducting property inspections Preparing homes for guest and owner arrivals Light property maintenance and troubleshooting Spa service Carpet cleaning Landscaping Carpentry Interacting with vendors and customers Desired Competencies: Team player; No job too big, no job too small attitude Ability to maintain composure in the face of stressful or challenging circumstances Attention to detail and ability to communicate accurately and concisely Requirements: Understanding of basic property operations Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to shovel snow and lift heavy objects Experience in hospitality, hotel maintenance, construction, and/or pool/spa care highly preferred Experience using a Property Management Software system or work order tracking software system preferred Knowledge of the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee regions preferred If you can work with minimal supervision, have excellent diagnostic and analytical skills, and excel in a fast paced, professional environment, this is the perfect opportunity to build a lucrative career in property management.
