The solution to racism is for non racist people, (the vast majority in this county) to speak out against it.
Do not shrug off insensitive comments or jokes that your friends or coworkers make. When someone makes and insensitive comment, speak up.
If a friend or family member hold racial views, let them know that you do not agree. Let them know your perspective.
The answer to racism is for people to find things that they appreciate about each other culture.
Racists are racist because they live in fear. They fear anyone who is not like them. They fear the unfamiliar.
People who do not speak out against racism also live in fear. Don’t be a coward. There is too much at stake here.
Be a part of the solution, ot you are being a part of the problem.
