A Friendly Dog Needs New Home! We are trying to find a new home for a stray dog that we have been taking care of for a couple weeks now. We have already tried to find the original owner including checking him for a Microchip and posted him on many Lost & Found sites with no luck. We would rather help find him a new home ourselves instead of just dropping him of at a shelter or dog rescue to make sure he goes to the right home. We think he is part American Bulldog/Terrier and is approximately 3 to 4 years old, Neutered, Chipped and up to date on all Vaccines. He has a Sweet Disposition and is well Behaved inside the House. He is most Affectionate and Loves being around People. He knows basic commands such as Sit, Down and Stay. He is also fully House Trained! A few of our neighbors and friends have been walking him for us because we have some health issues so we would rather he go to a good home that can take good care of him. Currently, he is sharing a home with a senior Male Akita which he gets along good with however he may not get along with other Dogs, Cats, or other Pets. He does get excited and sometimes lunges at other Dogs when he is being walked in the neighborhood, so you need to be able to handle a Large and Strong Dog. One other note is that he is Not a Barker, but he can be a little vocal at times and seems to have some separation anxiety if left alone which is common among many other dogs. We call him Leo and he really is growing on us but unfortunately we are not able to keep him for health reasons. \\\\\ We hear horror stories of dogs being adopted on Craigslist and being used for dog fighting or other malicious means and we are trying to find the best home for him so if you are interested in Adopting Leo and would not mind, please reply and answer the questions below: Do you Live in a House, Condo or Apartment? If you live in a House, do You have a Yard with a Fence? Will you be able to make sure Leo can go out for Potty & PP at least 3 times a Day? Do you have any Young or Small Children at Home? Do you have or plan on having any other Pets besides Leo? Have you ever owned any Large Breed & Strong Dogs? Can you Handle a very Strong Dog that may lunge towards other Dogs or Pets?
