Part Time Handyman or a Maintenance Man wanted

We are looking for a Part Time HANDYMAN and/or a MAINTENANCE person to add to ones we currently have. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Work can be done in the afternoons or evenings, sometimes on weekends and at times during the day, when you are available (we are very flexible). Sometimes we are just looking for an extra set of hands to help with a current project. It is not work every day, but it is good for additional income and work in a friendly atmosphere. Some weeks it could be 6-10 hours of work and other weeks it could be more ---if we need something done and you have the time. We recognize that you probably have a full time job and we are happy to work with you, around it. The work is flexible and we always try to work around your schedule. We are looking for an easy going, experienced, knowledgeable and efficient person, who is willing to work and is not lazy. Varied types of assorted work including painting, patching with spackle and cement, general clean-up work, dismantling, working with wood, sheetrock, metal, yard up-keep, repairs and basic all around type work that you have experience with. We understand that some people have more experience in certain areas and trades than others, and we would try to use your abilities as best as possible. Must have your own transportation, some tools, and be able to communicate in English. For Handyman background and capabilities- $15/hr.
