Churn, Jr., The Union Temple Trustee Ministry, or any ministries, volunteers, or employees liable for any illnesses (contracted from being on the church premises for any amount of time), injury, or death at any time while on the premises! Be Advised: If you are considered HIGH RISK and a part of the vulnerable population that is more susceptible to contracting COVID- 19, we ask that you do not attend in - person worship at this time. You can view/ stream our worship services via Facebook Live @ https://www.facebook.com/UnionTempleCongregation Upon entering the building and its premises all individuals Must Wear a Face Mask and Practice Social Distancing! If you have not signed up prior to this service and received a visitor’s confirmation email, you will not be permitted into the church building! All visitors must be accounted for based on Maryland State COVID -19 Safety regulations and Union Temple Congregation’s entrance guidelines and precautions. There are no exceptions to this rule. No one will be permitted into the building without being checked in at the door and cleared based on strict entrance requirements. Every person will be asked to check in and will be required to undergo proper temperature screening. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before service start time to accommodate for the check in process. Entrance Requirements: 1. Upon entering the building and its premises All individuals Must Wear a Face Mask 2. All Persons Must Receive Temperature Check. If any individuals are presenting with fever/flu like symptoms those persons will be asked to leave the premises. 3. All Persons must give their full name to be checked in on our Guest List. If your name is not on the guest list you will not be permitted inside the building for any reason. 4. All Persons Must Sanitize their hands before entering the chapel area. Hand Sanitizing Stations are available throughout the first floor for visitors. Most importantly, if any individual is presenting with Cold or Flu like symptoms (Fever, Cough, Runny Nose, Chills, Sallow Complexion, Vomiting, Excessive Sweating) they will be asked to leave the premises. Your attendance to the event is indication of acknowledgement and agreement to the aforementioned information, rules, and guidelines. You are expected to be in full compliance with the rules, guidelines, and procedures. Failure to comply with these rules and guidelines will result in your immediate removal from the premises, regardless if you are a registered guest or not.
