The Bethel League is a Premier Women’s Basketball League in Baltimore City showcasing women’s talent on the court. Vendors Needed! Every Saturday from May 22nd - July 3rd. Vendor Price: $50 each week or 7week vendor package $45 a week Duplicate vendors not accepted so, please check the list of registered vendors before you sign up. HOURS : Every Saturday 3pm - 7pm Vendor Location: Outside Front of the Building Tent,Tables & Chairs: Vendors will bring their own tent, table & chairs. COVID GUILDLINES: Mask Required at all times while on the property of Concordia Prep GENERAL RULES: Extra Inventory: All extra inventory should fit under the table or taken back to the car. Vendors shall not store any inventory, equipment or any other materials outside the Space, or do or permit anything to be done in or about the Space or appurtenant common areas which would constitute a nuisance or hazard or which will in any way obstruct or interfere with the rights of other tenants or occupants of Concordia Prep or injure or annoy them. Space: Vendors shall occupy and use the Space for the period stated above, commencing on the Start Date/Time and ending on the End Date/Time (‘Term’), unless sooner terminated as herein provided. Vendors also shall only sell items agreed upon. We reserve the right to ask any vendor that do not abide by these rules to leave. DISCLAIMER: Please note that The Bethel League is providing this Pop Up Event and DO NOT promise a certain amount of sales. We cannot predict what a day would be like, we have no control over sales. We will expose vendors to all guest attending the basketball games and advertise the best we can but also ask vendors to advertise to their regular customers.
