Looking to fill 2 Porter positions for multifamily buildings (one in the Bronx the other in Central Harlem).
No Living Accommodation
Must be able to keep building clean at all times, take care of gathering/sorting garbage and recycling for collections, sweeping and mopping of all common unit areas.
English is a plus
We are looking for someone organized, reliable, self-motivated, and friendly.
