Looking for a Super - to work in multi-family building in Central Harlem. The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to do all minor to intermediate maintenance and repair jobs including, but not limited to: -boilers -carpentry -plumbing repairs -fixture installations -drywall repair -tile work -Painting -cleaning -Other jobs as needed Along with general building, maintenance and up-keep, such as changing light bulbs and making sure all smoke detectors are working. Must be on-call for building emergencies English is a must. Spanish is a plus. We are looking for someone organized, reliable, self-motivated, and friendly. Available to start immediately.
