Building management company looking for experienced porter working in Bed Stuy section of Brooklyn. Candidates living in the neighborhood are preferable.
Job Duties & Requirements:
-must be able to follow routine cleaning and maintenance schedule
-prepare apartment for tenant change
-sweep & mop common area
-properly take care of garbage &recycling
-snow preparation and removal during winter months
-assist and provide access for Con Edision, Verizon, other utility companies, etc
-assist tenants with requests when required
