We are a large property management company covering 75+ properties across the North Shore and are presently looking to take on new maintenance technician. Desirable traits will include: - Carpentry - Drywall - Painting - Basic Electrical - Basic Plumbing - Experience working in both Residential and Commercial properties Typical work week will be 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available, as well as a rotating on call shift ( 1 Night per week, rotating ) Please respond with a resume detailing your work experience and availability for consideration.
