$150,000 + Incentive - We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with strong leadership as well as print and digital sales experience in the K-12 educational market. We offer print and interactive digital products with a strong emphasis on 6-12 ELA and a robust line of Advanced Placement product. This position reports to the EVP of Sales and will have a significant role in driving sales in our Northeast Region. What you’ll Do: · Hire, train, and manage a sales team of up to 10 employees. · Work with your manager to establish territory sales goals. · Regularly communicate opportunities, strategies, and progress all of which are managed through the CRM. · Use analytics to drive new, renewal and expanded sales opportunities, as well as conversations around sales strategies. · Work closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement and Customer Service teams to maximize opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. · Attend national and local exhibits, sales meetings, and within the assigned territory. What you’ll Need: · 5+ years of successful sales leadership in the K-12 educational market · 6 – 12 ELA/HS sales experience · Strong digital sales experience · CRM and analytics experience Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: During the COVID_19 pandemic we are taking extra measure to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
