Learn Reiki Level 1 in a small group setting! In this training, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement and learn self healing. This training is more than just receiving your attunement. This experience will include learning the history of Reiki, discussing the chakra system and energetics, learning self healing and how to incorporate in your daily life, and integrating it all with participating in a Reiki infused slow flow yoga class with guided meditation and sound healing. This training includes a manual and at completion a Reiki Level 1 certificate. Mask wearing is required . *Please note that there is a 21 day energetic adjustment after receiving your attunement*
