Meet Angel! Breed: catahoula/lab mix. Age: 2 years. Weight: est 45lbs. Training: crate, leash, and house trained. She "smiles " when she is excited to see you :). Good with other dogs/cats? Yes. Good with adults/kids? Yes. Personality: shy at first, then friendly, affectionate, & loyal. Reason for rescue: Angel was dumped in a mobile home park while she was pregnant. She raised her 6 pups of her own, when 6 more pups were thrown out at the park, also known as a dumping ground for unwanted animals. She raised all 12 pups as her own. A sweet family took time to gain Angel's trust. Angel is shy at first, but very affectionate once she gets to know you, which doesn't take long. She does excellent with other dogs of all sizes. She adores the children in her foster home. Angel will make someone an awesome companion :). Angel is spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.
