Join Pure Barre Wichita as they host a pop up class downtown followed by brews from River City and fun giveaways! The class will consist of small isometric movements while focusing on strength, carido, and flexibility. Pure Barre is low impact and great for all fitness levels! What to bring: -yoga mat -sweat towel -water Please arrive early to set up your spot, we will be located on the upper deck at River City Brewing Co. After class stick around to enjoy brews and brunch drinks that are included with your ticket, shopping, and giveaways!
