John JorgensonGrammy-winning guitarist John Jorgenson has enjoyed an incredibly eclectic 50-year career as a performing and recording artist, composer, session musician, and band leader. Jorgenson has been awarded with several accolades over the years including the ACM Guitarist of the Year award, and Guitar Player Magazine’s Album of the Year and Country Album of the Year awards. Jorgenson’s compositions have been featured on Peter Frampton’s Grammy-winning album, Fingerprints (2006), and at the closing ceremonies of the 2000 Sydney Olympics. His on-stage and in-studio collaborations include legends such as Bob Seger, Bonnie Raitt, Pavarotti, Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, Earl Scruggs, George Michael, Billy Joel, Benny Goodman, Little Richard, Sting, The Byrds, and countless others. Known to his fans as LJ, he has recorded more than two dozen albums which spotlight his unique touch and tone on acoustic guitar.
