Brought to you by Fessenden Hall, Shaw Contract,  Advanced Office Environments, McGrory Glass & Madison Art Consulting, Wolf Gordon and Arc-Com Join us from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at East Market courtyard between 11 &12th and Market & Ludlow. (Rain date 5/12/21 - we will advise 24 hours in advance if a rain date) ENTER FROM MARKET STREET (Between Iron Hill Brewery and District Taco) TERMS & FAQsMust be Specifying Architect or Interior Designer at Commercial A&D Firm.We are sorry but due to attendance parameter guidelines, Administrative Staff, and no specifier tickets are not available at this time. (non A&D tickets will be cancelled).MASKS REQUIRED.Event is outdoor.Please practice Social distancing - 6ft apart.We will be providing Wristbands for all those who enter for social distancing comfort level (Red - keep distance, Yellow - okay for event, but keep 6ft apart, Green -okay to interact)Bring your Business Cards!Hand Sanitizer at each station.Outdoor, socially distant dining area is available.MUST BE 21 to ENTERWe will have security in the place for the event.RAFFLE PRIZES - (open for Architect, Designer, End User) (no reps)Incomplete registration may cause cancellation of ticket.FIRM NAME must be included on order.FOOD - all food will be individually wrapped per City Safety guidelines. Food is on first come first serve basisAny extra food after event is being donated to an area food bank.All drinks will be provided by Iron Hill Brewery.Tickets will be provided for drinks.Lanyards & Wristbands will also be used for food/beverages .Every person enters will receive a Raffle ticket who enters.RAFFLE PRIZES A raffle basket will be available from each Sponsor. To gain tickets, you will receive one when entering. To gain more tickets, visit with each vendor to collect a ticket. Raffle is open for Architects, Interior Designers, End User (no Reps).  Who can attend the event the event? Philadelphia area Interior Designers and Architects and representatives from Sponsors. (We apologize but Industry partner tickets for non sponsors are not available) Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? 21 to enter  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking at the Loews Hotel or below East Market (entrance from 12th street). Public Transportation/ Walk/ Ride-Share  What's the refund policy? *If you are unable to attend we ask that you please cancel your ticket ASAP to allow for someone else to RSVP  Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? /  Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Due to security as we are outdoor in a separated space but still in the public, the ticket must be in the name of the person attending,  as we need to provide a list of attendees to building security.
