Come enjoy a relaxing Sunday with the Sound Alchemized Artist Collective. Opening Meditation will flow into a freestyling writers jam. This Sunday April 18th Sound Alchemized is hosting our weekly Artist's Gathering! *PLEASE THOROUGHLY READ BEFORE ATTENDING* Every Sunday we will gather together to dive into a new artistic medium as a way to fine tune our practice, flow with each other, nourish ourselves with a creative outlet, and network with our community. Doors open @3PM *Please respect your fellow community members and show up on time!* Doors will close @3:30PM (meaning no one will be allowed to enter once the meditation has started. Please do not buzz the doorbell and disturb the meditation after 3:30PM. Arrive ON TIME. Thank you in advance.) Buzz 102 April 18th is a Writer's Jam Part ll & Open Mic Night Opening Meditation starts @3:33PM Writers Jam Part ll @4-5PM Open Mic @5-6PM After the meditation we will flow into our creative session. A continuous of last week diving into some new writing prompts, new freestyle words, and new topics to shift our minds into different perspectives! We will end this session with an open floor for artists to share 1-2 songs/spoken word pieces of theirs. What is a writers jam you ask? Our writers jam session is an opportunity for us to exercise our pen game in a playful environment. Through different writing prompts and word games, we will free flow write to a timer allowing present moment thoughts and emotions to come out. We will write poetry, songs, short stories, and share them with each other. We will also dive into some freestyling exercises. This is a moment to let your expressions run wild and have fun with your fellow artists! This is not intended to be a workshop or to be taken too seriously. Share as much as you want, come as you are, leave feeling renewed. You DO NOT have to identify as an artist to attend! If you are interested or just want to come have some fun please join!
