Looking for co-host partner for Airbnb

I own a very nice tiny house that I currently live in, but my goal is to park it somewhere and have it be an Airbnb while I travel and eventually move out of Portland. This would be an awesome opportunity for someone with a nice property to make some passive income. We could split the profit and the percentage would just depend on how much involvement you wanted. The ideal candidate would be someone who wanted to manage the property, clean the tiny house in between guests, restock toilet paper, etc. and also keep me informed if anything breaks or something. It's possible to also hire a management company, but that would take away from both our profits and also mean even more people coming in and out of your property. If the location is right, this could make us both a TON of money. I'm not in a rush. I would like to make this move in the next year or two, but I really want to find the right partner/location, as I will be trusting them with my home while I am away. The right location would need a spacious parking spot for the tiny house, a 50 amp electrical service, a hose spicket nearby, internet, and possible access to a sewer line. I could help navigate putting in this infrastructure as I've done it before. It generally costs a couple thousand dollars and we could split that cost. The tiny house has a composting toilet so it would be up to you if you wanted to create a grey water filtration system instead of dumping into the sewer line.
