We are a small retail lumber yard and hardware store serving the Hilltowns and all western Ma. Yard manager Your job will include, restocking materials in the yard, unloading trucks as they arrive in the yard, putting together orders to be delivered, assisting customers as needed and occasionally delivering building materials throughout Western Massachusetts. We are open 6 days, 54 hours a week. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours a week. Your week will frequently include overtime. Looking for someone who -can multi-task -is good with people -has experience with building materials -has fork lift experience -can work both independently and as part of a team -flexible thinking and the ability to ask questions is important -ability to lift 100# -can take pride in their workplace - You will be the very public face for a small family business.
