Rachele of Reiki School of Energetic Harmony will guide you through a meditation that will open and ignite all your chakras, creating space in the physical and energetic body to receive unconditional love and healing light through the power of Reiki. This experience will set the tone for your powerful and expansive mandala breathwork practice led by Erin Marie of Breathe In Beauty. This 2 Hour workshop may result in: Stale energy sifting off your body as every cell in your being is replenished with vital life force energy Opening & healing your heart resulting in deeper, more meaningful connection with yourself and others Sense of closeness & gratitude Deeper acceptance and love for all parts of yourself Release blocks of vulnerability and fear of being seen Uncoil powerful dormant emotions resulting in laughter and/or tears Leave with feeling a sense of peace and rooted in the present moment As you become more connected in to your heart, it enhances the awareness of yourself and those around you, bringing in more gratitude and compassion.
