Found calico or gray & white cat

Calico or gray cat with white face found at 107 John Loop, cda, in the parking lot under cars. She looks like she has a collar on, she was very scared but kind residents fed and watered her and she/he came out a bit to drink and eat, but coudlmt see her whole body. She was very thirsty and hungry. She is still out in the lot under cars, so the owners need to go coax her/him to them. This was 11:30 pm Friday night. I was walking nearby looking for my cat and the residents took me to see her/him.
