Hi. We are in need painting services for the exterior of our house. Here is what we want done: EXTERIOR: All white wood trim, back foundation and plywood wall, all doors, front entry, window sash 1. Scrape/sand all peeling paint areas on all white trim. 2. Mildew wash all white trim with Pittsburgh Mildew Check to eliminate mildew, algae, salt, dirt and other airborne contaminants. 3. Prime all white trim with Ben Moore 094 Quick Dry Oil-base Primer. 4. Caulk all open seams on trim with Pittsburgh Top Gun Acrylic Latex Caulk. 5. Apply 2 coats Ben Moore Regal Select Soft Gloss Latex White to all white trim. 6. Window Sashes remove cracked glaze, where necessary and sand window sash completely. 7. Prime all bare wood mullions and complete window sash with oil primer. 8. Re-glaze all window mullions where old glaze was removed using Aquaglaze glazing compound 9. Prime all glaze with Ben Moore 046 All Purpose Latex Primer. 10. Apply 2 coats Ben Moore Regal Select Soft Gloss Latex to all window mullions and sash.
