Reinstall polymeric sand in brick patio

I would like to hire a great mason to correctly re-install polymeric sand in our brick patio and walkways. They were laid 3 years ago but the sand has almost totally gone missing. A few bricks should, if possible, be re-set as there are a few slightly low points that puddle. I assume everything should be sealed afterwards. The walks and patio total 660 square feet. Looking for someone really excellent who will do a meticulous job.
