Lynden Dutch Bakery is seeking excellent candidates for our Front of House. With over 114 years of baking history, we are looking to add to our dynamic team. We are ramping up to open our newly remodeled Historic Downtown Lynden location and Espresso stand. Immediate openings available! The FOH position requires both morning and evening shifts and weekends (including Sundays). We are currently seeking both full time and part time employees. Duties Include: • Proper greeting of customers and strong customer service • Taking orders over phone and in person • Cash register entry and making correct change • Preparing coffee drinks, Italian sodas, Ice Cream Treats, Deli Items • Proper product rotation and daily inventory • Back up of deli with proper use of kitchen equipment, including mixers, bread slicers and ovens • Proper cleaning and sanitation practices • Washing dishes and general cleaning • Packaging of product and customer orders • Proper display of products and restocking of products in display cases • Following of set opening and closing procedures Candidates must be courteous and display outstanding customer service. Previous customer service experience is preferred. WA state food handlers card and current drivers license with clean driving record is required. Evaluation after 90 days
