A benefit concert for the HAAM organization. Sponsored by Tiemann Art Gallery, Steinway Piano Gallery, Georgetown Festival of the Arts. Proceeds from this event are in support of HAAM (Health Alliance for Austin Area Musicians), providing access to affordable healthcare for low-income working musicians with a focus on prevention and wellness. Please join us for this rare opportunity to hear exquisite music from the past performed by members of the Austin Symphony and Artisan Quartet: Patrice Calixte-violin, Caleb Polashek-violin, Bruce Williams-viola, Douglas Harvey-cello, with Chris Flores- double bass, and Toby Blumenthal- piano GABRIEL FAURE - Piano Quartet in C minor, Opus 15 for violin, viola, cello, and piano FELIX MENDELSSOHN - Sextet in D Major, Opus 110 for violin, 2 violas, cello, double bass, and piano.
